A fully functional bedroom and location booking system, Reservation Gold includes an easy to use full colour graphical diary interface. Rooms and locations are coloured according to booking status, and it is easy to control new or existing bookings by simple mouse selections, using one of the many on-screen function command buttons. Date, customer name searches and on-line room/location statistics are also only one key-touch away and bookings can be moved easily from one location to another in seconds. Standard or Block booking entry is easy with Reservation Gold and any number of rooms/locations can be booked on any date in advance.

An optional Sales Ledger module allows payments to be posted to customer accounts, offering the facility to produce account statements, remittance advices and aged debtors reports
